Abbas Zahabi

There are many ways to approach conversations between different religions. Some focus on shared social and political goals, while others explore common ground through religious practices and ceremonies. A less common, but very insightful, method involves the careful study of sacred texts. My particular interest lies in the writings of early Islamic scholars who used both the Qur'an and the Bible to build respectful and genuinely two-way dialogues. They aimed to create conversations where insights and perspectives flowed freely in both directions, demonstrating how textual engagement can foster deep interfaith understanding.
